Would you like to volunteer your energy and skills to help us develop our clothing optional campsite and eco project in Montenegro? Are you looking for a working holiday with a difference?
We will be offering short and long term opportunities from late April 2021 . A Short term stay would be for a period of 7-10 days. Long term volunteers stay for at least a month. In exchange for your help and company, we'll provide three meals a day plus drinks (non-alcoholic - we leave you to buy your own alcohol) that you'll eat with us and any other guests who wish to join us. If you can bring your own tent and sleeping bags that would be great but if you don't have one we'll try to provide one. We'll also provide pillows and sleeping matts - if you're lucky you might even get a mattress!
We ask short term volunteers to help us for 6 days in every 7 and we encourage you to explore Montenegro on your days off. The day normally starts around 9.00 am and can continue until after evening meal has been cleared but it's not full on work for the whole of that period. It can be physically demanding nonetheless. You may be helping us to run the site (cleaning, washing up, cooking, putting up tents), maintaining the gardens and grounds (strimming, mowing, watering our organic vegetable and flower gardens) or helping with major and minor projects (building dry stone walls, painting, land clearance, fencing, maintaining our systems and facilities). Our friendly dog, Daisy, is also happy to show you around the surrounding countryside if you want to walk her.
Long term volunteers take on more specific roles. This year we need cooking skills, basic construction skills & carpenters, We would also like to hear from anyone with a proven track record in social media marketing, photography, videography.
Above all you'll be helping us to provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests but respecting their space and privacy when necessary. We like to engender a community atmosphere on site and we see you playing a key part in that.

We understand it can be difficult to keep in touch by email if you are already on the road but please don't just turn up without prior warning.
